Introduction & housekeeping
Welcome! I'm so excited to have you here. In this introductory module I'll discuss an overview of the program.
You'll see how I've designed each modules to span over two weeks. This provides you adequate time to practice, reflect and integrate the techniques included in each module. There are three components to the modules which are:
- meditation/mindfulness
- breathwork
- self-mastery
